Policy Minimum Order $50.00. All orders under $50.00 will automatically be charged a $5.00 service fee. Shipping Most items and orders are shipped the same day, unless otherwise advised. We will ship your order prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders are usually shipped UPS (Red, Blue, Orange, or Ground), Federal Express, truck or other common carrier services are available upon request. Insurance and C.O.D. charges will be at the customer's expense. Pricing All prices are FOB our warehouse. For large quantities of any item, please call for a quotation. Prices subject to change without notice. Payment Terms Terms are C.O.D.. We accept approved company checks, cashier checks, money orders for UPS, Federal Express delivery, or will call. Drop shipments must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless other arrangements have been made. Stock Product Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our stock products for any reason, simply call within 30 days from invoice date to arrange an exchange or return. Return or return for exchange will be shipped freight prepaid. Customer Product Terms Custom orders may only be returned if the goods are defected in materials and workmanship. Return Please call to arrange a return by advising Company Name, invoice number, invoice date, item number, quantity and receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label of all boxes of returned items. Returns should be in mint condition. Any return after 30 days is subject to 15% handling or restocking charge. Cancellations Special design products as well as custom configured cable assemblies are not subject to cancellation. Claims Damage or loss, if occurred during transit, should be reported to the carrier at once. All claims for products shortage or damage must be made within 7 days on receipt of shipment by phone or fax. Warranty
